An incredible AW22 season reported by Copenhagen Fashion Week

Cecilie Thorsmark, CEO of Copenhagen Fashion Week which was held from February 1 - 4, has reported a successful season that not only allowed the industry to present collections but gave opportunities for conversations, discoveries and reconnections between brands, supporters, speakers and new friends.

Ms Thorsmark commented, "Starting off the year unknown, it has been nothing short of a joy to see the city come alive once more to celebrate the beating heart that has always been the creative industry.

Iso.Poetism by Tobias Birk Nielsen wins Zalando Sustainability Award

For its third edition, the  Zalando Sustainability Award has been won by Iso.Poetism by Tobias Birk Nielsen at Nikolaj Kunsthall held on February 3, announced Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Tobias Birk Nielsen (pictured above) will receive a financial prize and a partnership with Zalando in developing an exclusive collection that will continue to explore sustainability solutions in design across materials, production processes, technological solutions and traceability. 

To further support Tobias Birk Nielsen in the brand's business growth, Zalando will make a broad selection of the collection showcased at Copenhagen Fashion Week available to its more than 35 million customers across 17 European markets.

The jury was impressed by Iso.Poetism by Tobias Birk Nielsen's strong sustainable ambition, that is implemented through many aspects of the brand's supply chain, among other initiatives, responsible raw materials, zero-waste and circularity.
