It's Mental Health Awareness Week 2017 ...

... and one calls to mind the recent revelation of young members of the British royal family about their struggle of coming to terms with the death of their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales as part of the Heads Together mental health campaign.
Good mental health is increasingly a concern in our modern society as a recent report suggests that as many as two out of three adults suffer from mental health problems one way or another, and that younger adults are most vulnerable.

This Mental Health Awareness Week (May 8 - 14), the Mental Health Foundation is going to look at mental health from a new angle. Rather than ask why so many people are living with mental health problems, we will seek to uncover why too few of us are thriving with good mental health.

Launched today is a study called Surviving or Thriving? The state of the UK's mental health and it looks at what we can do about it.
